- Assist the preparation of the Deed of Mutual Covenant of the property.
- Assist developers in the examination and take over of finished properties from building contractors, and follow up on defective works.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance work of all facilities of the property.
- Provide round-the-clock security services.
- Provide comprehensive club house management.
- Handling all tenants’ enquiries and complaints, and improve building management services.
- Employ professional staff to assist the running of the owners committee and Incorporated Owners of the building.
- Enforce the provisions of the Deed of Mutual Covenant, eg:- issues regarding illegal additions and the keeping of pets.
- Prepare annual budgets of management expenses for owners’ review and approval.
- Record the actual monthly revenue and expenses and submit the Income & Expenditure list to the owners.
- Help to recover overdue amount, apply to and attend the Small Claims Tribunal on behalf of the owners.
